Cancellation Policy
To ensure we can provide timely care to all our patients, please review our appointment cancellation and rescheduling guidelines.
24-Hour Notice
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient who may be waiting for care.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment, may incur a cancellation fee. This fee helps cover the costs of the reserved time slot.
Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will consider these situations on a case-by-case basis.

- Use the booking confirmation link you received
Please include your name, appointment date and time, and preferred rescheduling options if applicable.
